RTW: 5 Best Books of 2010

Road Trip Wednesday is hosted by YA Highway. This week's topic is: 5 Best Books of 2010.

This was really hard. Like, sadistic hard. You seriously want me to pick just five?!?!

It was tough, but I did it.

My top 5 (2010 YA releases)
THE SKY IS EVERYWHERE I am still gushing about this book to anyone who will listen, months after I read it. Also, I think I want to move to Clover, CA.
THE D.U.F.F. I love Bianca, and I love the message of The DUFF. More on what I loved: my original review
GOD IS IN THE PANCAKES This is a really sweet contemporary that broaches a lot of tough subjects, yet still manages to be seriously funny. I love the voice.
WILL GRAYSON, WILL GRAYSON Have I mentioned that I love Tiny Cooper? Wait, no: I APPRECIATE YOU, TINY COOPER!
MOCKINGJAY My least favorite of the trilogy, but a realistic and satisfying conclusion. Katniss FTW.

How is it that I'd never even heard of THE SKY IS EVERYWHERE or GOD IS IN THE PANCAKES. I love the other three books on your list, and will have to run out and read these two.

Loved THE DUFF! I should have added that one to my list, too.

The Sky is Everywhere has been on my list for a while now, but everyone seems to be mentioning it today. I think it's time to bump it up!

Anything with pancakes in the title is a win. I'll be checking that out tomorrow. And also, having pancakes for breakfast.
